About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Technical Administration Officer to support a major telecommunications infrastructure portfolio based in St Leonards.

Working closely with facilities management, technical teams and service providers, you will help coordinate reporting, compliance activities, contractor engagement, records management and asset administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building positive working relationships and ensuring important information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inductions, contractor administration and vendor onboarding activities.
  • Support HSE processes including audits, compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Manage SharePoint records, documentation and account administration.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance schedules and asset audits.
  • Prepare monthly reports, Power BI reports and client reporting deliverables.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoice records and financial administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and related documentation.
  • Conduct contractor spot checks and support continuous improvement activities.

Education, Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in administration, coordination or office support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing records, reports and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors or service providers.
  • A collaborative approach and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience within facilities management, property, technical services or project environments.
  • Exposure to Power BI reporting.
  • Knowledge of health, safety and compliance processes.
  • Trade, technical or tertiary studies in areas such as electrical, mechanical, fire or building services.
  • Experience working with asset management or maintenance systems.

This is a permanent part-time position working three days per week onsite in St Leonards.
