The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand by delivering timely, accurate, and customerfocused sales and technical support. Working closely with internal teams and external sales colleagues, this role helps customers identify the right solutions, ensures orders are processed efficiently, and contributes to strong, longterm customer relationships.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries from Australia and New Zealand with professionalism and care.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Propose alternative products based on cost, availability, or technical specifications where appropriate.
- Provide firstlevel technical product support and collaborate with subject matter experts when escalation is required.
- Prepare and process customer orders, quotations, returns, and changes accurately and efficiently.
- Present pricing, credit, and commercial terms in line with established procedures.
- Communicate estimated lead times and suggest options to help customers meet delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to track order status and meet delivery commitments.
- Partner with external sales colleagues to support account strategies and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems and provide regular updates to key customers.
- Work in line with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Experience in an inside sales, customer service, or coordination role within a technical or industrial environment.
- Confidence using customer relationship management systems and standard office tools.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Exposure to pneumatics, valves, or related industrial products.
- Experience supporting customers across multiple regions or markets.
- Familiarity with coordinating orders involving manufacturers or supply partners.
