Career Level - IC1

  • Develop and progress sales opportunities across the SMB segment, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Build qualified pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, discovery, account research, and structured opportunity management.
  • Engage business decision-makers to understand their priorities, challenges, buying drivers, and growth plans.
  • Translate customer needs into a clear NetSuite value proposition, using relevant business outcomes rather than generic product messaging.
  • Work closely with Sales Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Enablement, and sales leadership to move opportunities forward.
  • Prepare and present solution proposals that reflect customer requirements, business value, and commercial fit.
  • Manage CRM hygiene, sales process discipline, forecasting updates, and clear next steps across active opportunities.
  • Handle customer questions and objections with confidence, escalating appropriately and using internal resources effectively.
  • Learn continuously from coaching, customer conversations, peer collaboration, and Oracle NetSuite enablement.
