As a Pet Visitor Volunteer, you and your canine companion will help bring comfort, companionship, and joy to residents in our aged care communities What you'll do: Visit residents one-on-one and share the companionship of your friendly, well-trained dog. Support residents to safely interact with your dog through pats, brushing, feeding treats, or gentle play Attend social activities and events with your animal to boost resident engagement Multiple positions available across all residential aged care sites located at: Elizabeth East Dutton Court Elizabeth Grange Trott Park Westbourne Park Brompton Benefits of Volunteering with AnglicareSA: Helps you meet and socialise with new people Provides you with a great sense of satisfaction with the motive of helping others.
