About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and accommodation services across the site. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead from the front while ensuring compliance with Compass Group standards and Defence contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities
• Conduct room inspections and maintain checklists
• Manage contractors and support general administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment use
• Work both autonomously and as part of a broader team
• Perform physically demanding tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and DCAC site access
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the service industry
• Previous experience supervising and leading a team
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Cleaning Certificate IV (desirable)
• Current First Aid Certificate
