We're currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our busy Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) Clinic. If you're organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic while delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and patients.

This is a varied and rewarding position that combines administration, customer service, and hands-on health screening responsibilities, making every day different.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing professional reception and administrative support
  • Coordinating and processing medical bookings
  • Managing medical results and related documentation
  • Assisting clients with health questionnaires
  • Conducting preliminary medical assessments
  • Collecting specimens and supervising Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Performing audiometry and spirometry testing
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering quality service
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a busy clinic environment
  • Professional, reliable, and a strong team player

Previous experience in a medical, clinical, healthcare administration, or reception role will be highly regarded; however, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
