As the LMS Administration and Rostering Manager within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of training across one of NSW Health's largest digital transformation programs.
In this role, you will lead the coordination of day-to-day training operations, ensuring effective LMS administration and rostering logistics that enable successful program delivery. You will work closely with training teams, stakeholders, and operational staff to maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service quality across all training activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the SDPR program, which is transforming healthcare delivery by providing a secure, integrated, and statewide view of patient information for clinicians across NSW Health
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day training operations, including LMS administration and trainer rostering, to ensure delivery against program schedules and timelines
- Provide operational oversight of training and rostering activities, ensuring accurate system updates, data integrity, and effective resource utilisation
- Manage training-related requests, scheduling changes, and resourcing challenges, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation
- Act as a key coordination point between administrative team members, training leads, trainers, and support teams
- Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement through enhanced processes, procedures, and knowledge resources
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Award provisions across training and rostering activities
- Support workforce coordination, including rostering, performance support, and adherence to HR policies and workforce practices

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated experience coordinating training operations, rostering, or logistics within large and complex organisations. Experience with My Health Learning (MHL) will be highly regarded.
- Brings proven experience leading and supervising teams, including workforce planning, rostering, and performance support
- Can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation
- Is confident applying policies, procedures, and systems to resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when required
- Has strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with evolving priorities and time-critical delivery pressures
- Demonstrates a commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes for NSW Health
