Are You the Right Fit?
The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated Sterilisation Technician with a Certificate III in Sterilisation Technology, ready to excel in a dynamic endoscopy service. This role suits an individual who demonstrates exceptional focus, consistency, and pride in maintaining strict infection control and WHS standards. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment are essential. A dependable, proactive approach combined with the ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team will ensure success. Confidence with computer systems and a willingness to adapt to new workflows are important, along with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism. Flexibility to participate in a rotating Monday to Friday roster between 7am and 8pm supports the ongoing delivery of high-quality care.
