About the role

The Strategic Recruitment team is responsible for leading and driving state-wide recruitment and talent acquisition policy, strategies and projects to ensure NSW Health attracts and engages top talent.
Health Manager Level 3, starting salary from $132,236 - $150,222 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 38-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you will be doing
- Support for campaign recruitment including the annual recruitment of junior medical officers and overseas campaigns
- Provide timely and high-quality recruitment advice to a range of diverse stakeholders including government, local health districts, medical colleges and candidates
- Deliver projects to enhance and support NSW Health's talent acquisition needs
- Be reform focussed working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to enhance the quality and efficiency of state-wide recruitment policy and practices
- Use data led insights to inform talent strategies, monitor key metrics, and report on talent-related outcomes
- Identify system enhancements to deliver improved and innovative recruitment functionality.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Comprehensive experience in talent acquisition and/or related HR functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Developed analytical, project management and policy development skills
- Experience in working collaboratively with varied and diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines when dealing with urgent and complex matters, as well as maintaining the continuity of ongoing projects.
