What you'll be doing
In this impactful role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality clinical education programs that build capability, enhance practice and elevate patient care across the district.
Deliver engaging clinical teaching through classroom, simulation and virtual platforms
Design, implement and evaluate education programs in partnership with key stakeholders
Mentor and support nurses through preceptorship and clinical leadership
Apply adult learning principles to tailor education to diverse learner needs
Integrate contemporary tools such as Moodle, SharePoint and simulation technologies

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing who holds relevant clinical or education post graduate qualification or equivalent education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Registration: Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
1. Recent and relevant Post graduate clinical experience in an acute care setting.
2. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills, including the ability to work unsupervised and manage competing priorities.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated experience delivering education and understanding of learning and assessment principles.
5. Demonstrated ability to complete competency based-assessments.
6. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to utilise technology to deliver education (eg simulation, Moodle, virtual delivery).
7. Demonstrated clinical expertise and professional role modelling.
8. Current Driver's Licence valid in Australia
