What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse on A6A Renal Urology Ward, you will deliver safe, high-quality and individualised care while contributing to positive patient outcomes across the care continuum.
In your role you will be:
Delivering person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
Assessing, monitoring and responding to changing patient conditions.
Coordinating discharge planning and referrals to support continuity of care.
Delegating and supervising ENs, AINs and students within scope of practice.
Advocating for patients and families while managing resources effectively.

Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (NSW Registered Nurse - Division 1
Checks: National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
