Where you'll be working

This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to the Finance & Performance and the Shared Clinical & Support Services Directorates.

This position is temporary part time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) in the Executive Unit at the Sutherland Hospital.

This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to enable the Sutherland Hospital Executive Unit to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

  1. Demonstrated experience in providing expert administrative services within a complex work environment
  2. Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including agendas, minutes, reports, briefs, correspondence with strong attention to detail
  3. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to bring a creative approach to problem-solving
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement local administrative policies and procedures
