About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on the Tanami Project. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all construction, mining, and project activities are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with site personnel, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will oversee quality inspections, audits, documentation, and compliance activities to support project success and drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Construction, Mining, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control role within mining, construction, infrastructure, or resource projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and quality compliance activities in a project environment.
  • Proven ability to manage quality documentation, reporting, and records management processes.
  • Sound understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and corrective action processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote site environment.
