Salary: From $80,421 - 84,657 + super (based on experience)

This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within our Health & Fitness team, where you'll oversee programs, staff, and daily operations across our leisure centres. You'll play a key role in shaping programs, improving member experiences, and driving engagement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
With a mix of operational leadership, program development, and customer engagement, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on community health and wellbeing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise daily health and fitness operations
- Lead group fitness and personal training programs
- Develop and improve fitness classes and programs
- Manage staff rosters and workforce planning
- Monitor performance and conduct staff reviews
- Support marketing initiatives and membership growth
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety standards
- Deliver high-quality customer service and engagement
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced and proactive fitness professional who thrives leading teams and delivering high-quality member experiences. You'll ideally bring:
- Certificate IV in Health & Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience in fitness instruction and program delivery
- Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of fitness appraisals and exercise prescription
- Understanding of industry trends and practices
- Current driver's licence and Police Clearance
