Key duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and supporting enterprise SOE/EUC environments including endpoint deployment, windows patching, Level 2/3 incident troubleshooting, and security compliance across multiple environments.
- Supporting hardened end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, iPhones, and a virtual desktop environment (AVD). Managing firmware and whitelisting as required.
- Managing endpoint configuration, group policy and compliance using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Azure. Experience with managing Microsoft 365 services such as MS Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI a plus.
- Packaging, deploying, and maintaining applications via Intune-based packaging; SCCM/MECM background is advantageous. Experience with editing and maintaining PowerShell scripts also a plus.
- Working within ServiceNow workflows and aligning to ITIL practices. Managing Incident, Problem and Change tasks end to end.
- Collaborating with technical and senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, status updates, and practical recommendations.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise SOE/EUC environments (deployment, patching, troubleshooting, packaging, compliance).
- Strong hands-on capability with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Experience with uplift / modern workplace transition activities or any SOE/EUC related projects.
- Practical experience with MECM, Intune, Azure, and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in large enterprise and/or government environments with structured change processes and security-first expectations.
- Strong stakeholder skills - able to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior IT stakeholders.
- Must currently have an active NV1 AGSVA security clearance.
