What we need now is an experienced commercial leader to shape, lead, and execute our go-to-market strategy, strengthening client relationships while driving the next phase of business growth. The successful candidate will: Lead and coordinate all BDM activity across cleaning, security, office services and integrated services Set commercial targets, pipelines and growth priorities in partnership with the executive team and CEO. Drive new business origination and manage the sales process from prospect to contract execution Represent the organisation at industry events, client forums and tender presentations Establish clear KPIs, reporting cadences and accountability frameworks across the team Own the integrated tender lifecycle from qualification through to submission and mobilisation Implement and embed CRM discipline across the BDM team Develop bid frameworks, win themes, pricing governance and submission standards Maintain a live and accurate pipeline with regular reporting to the CEO and Executive team. Act as senior relationship owner for strategic clients and key accounts Partner with operations and state heads to ensure commercial and delivery alignment Coordinate marketing and communications activity to support BD and brand positioning Champion the organisation's technology and innovation value proposition in client conversations Build relationships with key clients and act as a senior commercial face in market Required Experience: We're seeking a commercially astute, relationship-driven leader who understands how to create value for clients and translate strong partnerships into sustainable growth. You may currently be leading growth, business development, customer experience, procurement, facilities, or property functions, with deep experience operating in facilities management, property services, or other service-based environments. Must-haves: Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire, develop, and align commercial and BD teams around business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. Integrated tender cycle experience from qualification through to submission and award Credible in the Facilities Management, cleaning, security or property services market Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities. Financial literacy and analytical capability, including experience interpreting budgets, commercial performance metrics, and business cases to support decision-making.
