This is a leadership opportunity that combines coastal living, team leadership, and the chance to shape memorable guest experiences in a thriving beachfront location. Salary OTE: 120,000. The Role You'll run the park like it's your own. That means: Leading a team of approximately 30+ staff Taking pride in our product: 65 cabins, 53 sites and 8 permanent residences Creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure Building a positive and engaged team culture Maintaining high presentation standards across the park Managing day-to-day operations, maintenance and guest services Building strong relationships with guests, team members and the local community You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll be visible, approachable, and involved in every part of the operation.
