You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of clinical care while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Providing person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administering medications within scope of practice and organisational policies Monitoring resident health and reporting changes in condition to the Registered Nurse Assisting with assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation Performing clinical duties including wound care, pressure area care, and BGL monitoring Supporting Personal Care Workers in delivering high-quality care Liaising with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals Contributing to quality improvement and accreditation activities Promoting a safe, respectful, and homelike environment for residents About You You are a caring and motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care services. You will demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail A resident-centred approach to care Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong time management and organisational skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Essential Requirements Diploma of Nursing Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Medication Endorsement (highly desirable) Current Police Check Valid working rights in Australia Demonstrated clinical experience and knowledge Basic computer and documentation skills Previous experience in residential aged care Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Understanding of AN-ACC and aged care compliance requirements Why Join MACG?
