The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Bunbury. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate installation activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and fabrication teams, you'll play a critical role in driving successful project outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

A fully maintained company vehicle is included as part of this position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily site activities and installation works
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials, and equipment
  • Managing site logistics, including deliveries, craneage, and resource planning
  • Conducting daily pre-start meetings and communicating project requirements
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring works remain on schedule
  • Carrying out site inspections and quality assurance checks
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation
  • Liaising with fabrication teams to maintain installation programs
  • Maintaining strong safety standards and ensuring compliance with site requirements
  • Participating in client, safety, and project coordination meetings
  • Supporting the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects

Your Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Supervisor, Leading Hand, or similar construction leadership role
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and site-based construction activities
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and maintain project schedules
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Construction White Card (essential)
  • HVAC or mechanical services experience highly regarded
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
