We are looking for warehouse casuals to assist our warehouse team during our peak sale period.

No warehouse experience needed - perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

About the Role:

• The shifts will be between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday
• Shifts will vary between 3 - 8 hour shifts
• This is a hands-on role, so you'll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
• For exceptional performers, there may be opportunities to stay on beyond the sale period

Your day-to-day

• Performing in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Dispatching of all orders using our systems to fulfill & ship orders
• Picking items for customers using our trolley system
• Dispatching orders using our systems to ensure they're ready to ship
• Navigating a large warehouse using a handheld device
• Performing quality control checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and high standards
• Processing returns when required
• Stock handling, and replenishment
• Keeping up with repetitive tasks while staying focused and efficient

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Computer literacy and confidence using handheld devices
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry
