We're searching for a full time Lead Veterinarian who can bring fresh energy, new ideas, and a clear vision for the future - someone excited by the opportunity to lead, mentor, and help shape the direction of a well-established clinic.

We're investing in the future of our clinic and are pleased to offer a retention bonus of $20,000 for this key leadership appointment.

As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll work alongside a supportive Practice Manager and experienced team to create a positive, collaborative environment where everyone thrives. You'll also have network support from our Regional Manager & Vet Manager.

Your role:

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the team

  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager on clinic requirements

  • Mentor and develop veterinarians and nurses

  • Promote a positive and collaborative clinic culture

  • Drive high clinical standards and patient care outcomes

  • Maintain a varied caseload of medicine and surgery

  • Full-time is preferred but we are open to discussing part-time depending on yours and the clinics needs

About you:

  • BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for a full Victorian registration

  • 5+ years' Veterinary experience is preferred

  • Leadership experience is welcomed but not essential

  • Passion for mentoring, teamwork and clinical excellence

  • A positive, collaborative, fun and grounded approach
