A day in the life...
As Digital Growth Manager, you will act as the connector between commercial realities and digital possibilities, translating ideas into pilots, evidence into scale, and learnings into capability uplift across the organisation.
This is a builder's role - not maintenance, not business-as-usual. You'll design new digital experiences, run real experiments, and turn data into growth.
You will:
Shape the end-to-end digital customer lifecycle
Work at the intersection of sales, marketing, data & technology
Partner with major distributors, operators, and QSR brands
Influence change across a global powerhouse with local impact
Turn ideas into pilots - and pilots into scalable growth engines
Are you a fit?
You will have experience with designing and leading digital growth programmes in a B2B or commercial environment
You will have a proven ability to run test and learn experimentation, not just execute briefs
You will have a strong understanding of CRM, segmentation and customer data to drive decisions
You will have experience influencing cross functional stakeholders without formal authority
Exposure to distributor led or foodservice / Out of Home (OOH) environments will be highly regarded
