Primary Responsibility:

We are seeking a Team Manager to join our Arndell Park site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a frontline team in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving daily operational performance, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high levels of customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver performance targets

  • Ensure safe and compliant operations, modelling best practice safety behaviours

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch

  • Drive productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs across your area

  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory accuracy

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational change programs

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met

What Experience and Education you Need:

Ideally, you are someone who has exceptional attention to detail and who prides themselves on being deadline oriented and can maintain a high level of productivity.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
  • Knowledge of distribution operations.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Cross-functional leadership with multiple teams.
  • Experience in effective decision-making in a fast-moving business environment.
