We are seeking an experienced Group S&OP Lead to own and lead our endtoend Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning (S&OP / IBP) process across a large, complex organisation. This is a senior role based in Adelaide, with significant influence, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Commercial and Finance to deliver a single, aligned plan supporting 12-24 month horizons and a fastpaced monthly cycle. We are particularly interested in Melbournebased candidates open to relocating to Adelaide. For the right person, this represents a genuine step up in scope, visibility and impact within a global business. Relocation support is available.. Key Responsibilities Lead Group endtoend monthly S&OP Facilitate cross-functional planning forums and executive decision-making Align demand, supply, inventory with commercial priorities, drive scenario modelling and risk mitigation planning Prepare and present clear insights, risks and recommendations to senior leadership Drive performance through key metrics including forecast accuracy, DIFOT, inventory health and capacity utilization Operate handson with data (manual manipulation where required), while supporting planning system uplift (including QAD to Kinetic transition) About You 10+ years' experience in Supply chain or planning roles, of which at least 3 in S&OP or IBP leading role Strong manufacturing background with prior experience in a similar S&OP / IBP leadership role Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without direct authority Strong commercial and financial acumen, linking volumes, revenue, margins and profitability Highly effective communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills Strategic thinker who thrives in complex, fastpaced environments Qualifications Degreequalified in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
