Join Anglicare's KidsAreFirst team and make a real difference! Anglicare's KidsAreFirst program provides post-separation support to children and parents, helping them navigate the challenges of separation. Our adult services help parents build effective co-parenting strategies, particularly in high-conflict situations, while our children's services focus on helping young people adjust, feel less isolated, and understand their feelings. We are seeking a Case Manager for our adult and children's program, with some after-hours work required and travel within the metropolitan area (e.g. Occasional trips to Elizabeth & Christies Beach). This role involves working within a dynamic, child-focused team to support families in high conflict. Responsibilities include intake and assessment, psycho-educational group work with adults and children, family dispute resolution, and one-on-one counselling. In this role, you'll lead group services, assisting parents in high-conflict scenarios and, where necessary, co-facilitating groups for KidsAreFirst. In addition, you'll work closely with the Banana Splitz program, which provides essential support for children and young people adjusting to family changes. Work within a dynamic, child focussed team and provide psycho-educational and therapeutic group work, including providing tailored individual support to adults and children on an as needed basis. Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of individual and group services to children and their parents Develop, deliver and evaluate individual and group services for adults and children Build effective relationships with your team and other agencies Provide information for reports and evaluations as required You'll have the opportunity to lead group services and assist parents navigating high-conflict situations. Occasionally some after-hours work and metropolitan travel (to our other sites at Elizabeth or Christies Beach) will be required. What do you need to bring?
