About the Opportunities

Our NSW Facility Management Operating Division has submitted a bid to deliver facilities management services at the new Western Sydney International Airport, supporting civil, grounds, and asset maintenance across a major aviation precinct. This long-term contract (up to five years) will play a critical role in the operation and growth of one of Australia's largest infrastructure developments.

Subject to contract award, a range of new roles are expected to be established to support mobilisation and ongoing service delivery.

Asset Manager:
Accountable for the overall asset management strategy, ensuring all airport infrastructure is maintained, compliant, and optimised for lifecycle performance under the contract.

Facilities Manager:
Oversees day-to-day service delivery across civil, grounds, and asset maintenance streams, ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and client expectations are consistently met.

Supervisors (by trade stream):
We are looking for people with a trades background in Plumbing, Electrical and Refrigeration (HVAC) to be the on-site lead and first point of contact and to coordinate all activities related to works management including reactive and planned maintenance, vendor management and performance, and ensuring timely resolution of works in line with contract requirements.
