Apply Job no: 208-26 Category: Customer Service As a Customer Engagement Partner, you will support the centralised Customer Service team based in Head Office in Tomago. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer service reports and day to day communications with customers to support key business areas across mining, utilities, and heavy industries. As a key member of our positive, successful team your day will be varied and challenging. This role will require you to demonstrate your commitment to quality customer service, sound interpersonal and communication skills while taking charge to consult and influence based on your interactions with our customers and data analysis. What are we looking for from you?
