About the role An Integrated Family Services Coordinator is responsible for leading the delivery of holistic, family-centred support to children, young people, and their families who are experiencing vulnerability or risk. The role focuses on coordinating tailored interventions that promote safety, stability, and wellbeing, while strengthening family capacity and resilience. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing support plans, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders such as schools, health services, and community organisations. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring services are culturally responsive and trauma-informed, while also monitoring outcomes, managing risk, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication, case management, and partnership-building skills are essential to effectively support families and achieve sustainable positive outcomes. This position reports to the Manager, Community and Disability Programs Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in delivering child, youth, and family services using a family-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. Strong case management and assessment skills, including the ability to develop, implement, and review tailored support plans. Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including community services, schools, and health providers. Sound knowledge of child protection frameworks, risk assessment, and mandatory reporting requirements. Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate case records.
