Every shipment tells a story, of precision, trust, and care. As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist - ISC, you'll be the person behind that journey, ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage.

This role isn't just about managing orders; it's about building relationships, solving challenges, and delivering service that sets us apart. You'll own a portfolio of house accounts, strengthen customer connections through daily interactions, and ensure every inquiry is met with accuracy and professionalism.

From quotations to onboarding, from resolving complaints to refining reports, you'll be the one ensuring that our sea logistics solutions are seamless, reliable, and customerfocused.

How you create impact

  • Champion customer success: Drive engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Centre.
  • Guide the journey: Establish and strengthen operational relationships with customer contacts through daily interactions, care visits, and proactive consulting.
  • Shape the experience: Qualify inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to ensure opportunities are closed successfully.
  • Support onboarding: Transfer customer requirements into KN systems, ensuring smooth inclusion alongside initial orders.
  • Solve challenges: Document, analyse, and resolve complaints, sharing insights to eliminate root causes.
  • Drive improvement: Create, review, and refine customer reports, continuously enhancing processes and satisfaction.
  • Deliver results: Achieve financial targets and strategic objectives while collaborating with Finance on credit limits and measures.

What we would like you to bring

  • Hard skills: Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations (preferably international freight forwarding), decisionmaking and analytical problemsolving, and a basic understanding of financial principles.
  • Soft skills: Strong collaboration, clear communication, customer management expertise, and a solutionsfocused mindset.
  • Personal qualities: Highly customeroriented, proactive, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement.
