Redpath Mining is a leading global mining contractor with a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and workforce development. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Health & Safety Team on a casual basis.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the effective management of training and compliance records that support our safety culture and operational requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Training & Compliance Manager, the LMS Administrator will be supporting the Training & Compliance team with the administration, maintenance, and reporting of learning and competency data within the company's Learning Management System.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring employee training records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong data entry and database management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience generating reports and analysing training compliance data.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in mining, resources, construction, or other high-compliance industries will be highly regarded.
  • Assist with maintaining employee training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create, assign, and monitor training courses, learning pathways, and competency requirements.
  • Assist with training audits and compliance reviews as required.
  • Support employees and managers with LMS-related enquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across training records.
  • Coordinate training notifications, reminders, and course enrolments.
  • Work closely with the Health & Safety Team to support training and compliance initiatives.
