About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Property Claims Consultant to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing property repair claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong outcomes for customers and clients.

You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing costs, and ensuring all contractual and service level obligations are met. This is a fast-paced, outcomes-driven role where your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions will directly impact customer experience and operational success.

Please note: the internal title for this role is Property Repair Case Manager.

About You

You bring experience in contract administration, claims management, or loss adjusting, and thrive in a high-pressure environment where deadlines matter.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent budget control and cost management capability
  • High attention to detail with accurate data capture and record keeping
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership of outcomes
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property claims

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of property repair claims from end to end
  • Support customers by providing advice and updates throughout the claims process
  • Coordinate supplier appointments and obtain repair assessments and quotations
  • Determine cause, extent of damage, and scope of repair works
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and SLA targets
  • Produce accurate, high-quality reports and maintain detailed records
  • Use internal systems correctly and ensure data integrity at all times
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex claim issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners
  • Contribute positively to team performance by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
  • Maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge through ongoing learning
