About the Opportunity
As a Senior Policy and Project Officer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will support for key committees including the SDPRIA Advisory Board and Board sub-Committees and the provision of high-quality accurate advice to the SDPRIA Senior Executive to support the achievement of the objectives of the Single Digital Patient Record.
In this role, you will:
- Lead high-quality briefings and advice for senior executives.
- Provide end-to-end secretariat support for the Advisory Board and its sub-Committees, including agenda setting, papers management, records of decision and follow up of actions to ensure effective decision making
- Support program development, review and evaluation by facilitating information flow and ensuring robust documentation and reporting.
- Engage stakeholders and apply research to support evidence-based decisions.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience providing high-level secretariat support in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of policies and legislation impacting on whole of health issues
- Demonstrated skills and experience supporting all stages of the policy cycle, with a particular focus on preparing high-quality briefings, coordinating consultations, tracking actions and ensuring effective implementation through governance frameworks.
