We're looking for a proactive and strategic Procurement Manager to join our ICT Procurement and Asset Management team at eHealth NSW. This is more than just a procurement role - it's an opportunity to lead meaningful change and help shape how we source critical ICT goods and services that support healthcare across NSW.
In this role, you'll take the lead on designing and managing end-to-end procurement processes, with a focus on establishing supplier panels that will support a major digital redevelopment initiative. You'll also manage a direct report and play a key role in uplifting procurement capability across the team, embedding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end ICT procurement and sourcing projects.
- Overseeing contract management activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong supplier performance.
- Transform complex data into knowledge, generate insights, and develop business-focused solutions.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks with confidence and foresight.
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining a strong customer and stakeholder focus.
- Contribute to strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and successfully managing change with lasting impacts.

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, complex ICT environment where technology and business priorities continually evolve.
You'll be someone who:
- Is proficient in both front-end and back-end tools such as React.js, TypeScript, Python, C#, and Azure Apps
- Brings strong procurement and commercial expertise, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Has exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across large, complex environments
- Excels at prioritisation, multitasking, and delivering outcomes in high-volume, demanding settings
- Relevant qualifications in procurement, business, commerce or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Has proven experience managing ICT procurement categories such as cloud, infrastructure, or software
- Has a strong understanding of risk management, governance, and public sector procurement frameworks
