- Work collaboratively within the Emergency Department team to deliver safe, person-centred care under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.

- Demonstrate recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical environment relevant to Emergency care.
- Deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population.
- Work within your scope of practice, using sound judgement and seeking guidance from a Registered Nurse when required.
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to support positive patient outcomes.
- Communicate professionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment, including supporting others, sharing knowledge and appropriately escalating concerns.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with no notations related to administration of medication.
- Describe how you provide safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care as an Enrolled Nurse working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Provide an example of how you used communication and critical thinking to identify a patient care risk, escalate the concern, and contribute to a safe outcome.
