Join the Team
As a Human Resources Advisor in our People, Communications and Workplace team, you will provide high-quality operational HR support to business units across eHealth NSW, partnering closely with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders to deliver workforce initiatives, maintain compliance, and improve employee experience. You'll contribute to the effective delivery of HR services including policy guidance, workforce processes, and systems optimisation.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support workforce initiatives and day-to-day people matters.
- Support and enhance systems and processes across Teams and SharePoint to improve team efficiency and documentation practices.
- Contribute to key HR initiatives such as compliance reviews, mobility processes, and workforce capability uplift.
- Provide operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle including engagement, policy interpretation, and workforce support.
- Assist in delivering change activities and HR programs within a complex, high-volume environment.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and support reporting and analysis activities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be someone who:
- Brings experience supporting HR teams or Business Partners in operational HR environments.
- Demonstrates strong administration and systems capability, particularly across Teams and SharePoint.
- Has exposure to HR operations such as employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and policy application.
- Understands or has worked within structured capability frameworks (e.g. NSW Public Sector Capability Framework).
- Has experience supporting mobility processes and maintaining HR data accuracy.
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with stakeholders to support business outcomes.
- Exposure to Oracle HR systems and Mercer certification is preferred.
