What you'll be doing
Responsible for performing all aspects of cleaning and associated domestic duties to ensure a clean and safe facility, and to comply with guidelines of NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) and Work Health & Safety (WHS) Policies.

- Extensive experience in a laboratory, healthcare environment or in a commercial/industrial cleaning role
- Demonstrated sound understanding of industrial standard cleaning techniques, with the ability to apply the most appropriate cleaning agent and method
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as being self motivated when working as an individual
- Demonstrated comprehensive written communication skills, including reading and understanding chemical labels, and the ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary staff environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health & Safety principles, including safe manual handling techniques
- Hold a current NSW drivers license and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSWHP RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence
