What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the RAC Outpatients Department, you'll provide individualised, high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions, working closely within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
In your role you will be:
Delivering efficient, person-centred care tailored to patient needs.
Supporting patients through discharge planning and appropriate referrals.
Supervising and mentoring staff and students in clinical practice.
Responding to changing patient conditions and delegate care appropriately.
Advocating for patients and manage resources effectively within scope.

Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
