About the role
As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you'll sit at the heart of a global blue-chip client, shaping how audiences experience a brand across markets and moments.
This client is defined by its cultural influence, ambition, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of media and creativity. Working alongside some of the industry's most progressive marketers, you'll help shape how the brand shows up across global markets and key consumer moments.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class media planning and campaign execution, while connecting into an ecosystem spanning digital, performance, and global strategy. You'll help bring together audience insight, channel thinking, and creativity - supporting campaigns that operate across multiple markets and deliver real business impact.

What you will do with us:
- Lead the planning and delivery of media campaigns from briefing through to execution.
- Partner with strategy, digital and performance teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel media solutions.
- Develop media recommendations grounded in audience insight, market nuance and channel expertise.
- Manage campaign timelines, investment and delivery to ensure quality, accuracy and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to support multi-market planning and execution.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks and playbooks that enable consistency across markets.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and delivery excellence.
- Support campaign reporting and post-analysis, translating results into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to innovate across channels and how offline integrates within broader media ecosystems.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Lead post-campaign analysis, translating results into actionable learnings and future planning principles.
- Drive continuous optimisation of channel mix, sequencing and audience strategies to maximise impact.
- Coach and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Work seamlessly across strategy, analytics and specialist teams to deliver integrated, high-impact outputs.
- Champion new thinking in communications planning, pushing boundaries across digital, social and emerging channels.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years' experience of full-funnel media planning across digital and offline channels, ideally in a regional or multi-market environment for complex, high-value client accounts.
- Excellent understanding of how offline media connects with digital, social and performance channels.
- Exposure to complex or multi-market accounts, or a strong interest in global media environments.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present ideas clearly.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn across evolving channels, platforms and consumer behaviours.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity and passion for innovation across media, technology and consumer behaviour.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage multiple workstreams, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to test-and-learn frameworks, innovation programmes, or advanced data-led planning environments.
