About the role As an Analyst - ERP HR, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of system changes and application support services that directly impact the Corporation's critical ERP HR technologies. This role requires strong technical capability, including hands-on system configuration, problem diagnosis, and an understanding of software development principles to support robust and supportable solutions. You will help maintain high-quality, stable systems that support critical frontline teams and corporate management. You will be part of a collaborative team within the IT Group, working closely with business users, service providers, and governance forums to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs and drive continuous improvement. What the role will involve Business Analysis & Delivery Coordination Analyse business problems and gather requirements for approved application changes Design and configure solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, including work schedules and time profiles Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and defect resolution Contribute to technical design decisions including integrations and system behaviour Support the SDLC with a focus on build quality and supportability Application Support Provide Level 2 application support including technical investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution Troubleshoot complex system, configuration, and integration issues Analyse system behaviour using logs, data, and interface outputs Implement permanent fixes, enhancements, or configuration changes Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Time Tracking including work schedules and calendars Process & Business Management Coordinate delivery processes in line with standards and quality frameworks Contribute to process improvement and manage change/release activities Provide subject matter expertise to projects and stakeholder initiatives Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and supportability Knowledge Management & Compliance Develop and document learning programs for assigned applications Support local user expert networks Ensure compliance with legislation, corporate policies, and ethical standards Key skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will bring: Degree in IT-related field or significant relevant experience Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors (Time Tracking / work schedules preferred) Experience providing Level 2 application support in enterprise systems Experience in software development and system integration (APIs, data flows, debugging) Experience working with technical artefacts such as logs, interfaces, and specifications Experience working with cloud-based systems and working in the AWS environment (certification preferred) Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Strong stakeholder engagement experience ITIL 4 Foundation (BA Foundation certified is desirable) Skilled in incident/problem management, change and release processes Experience working in Agile delivery environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team contributor Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Learning, is highly desirable.
