Manager, HR Business Partner.

Southbank, Melbourne.

We are seeking a highenergy, confident Manager, HR Business Partner who excels at building strong relationships, influencing leaders, and delivering both strategic and handson people initiatives.

This role supports Supply Chain Management and Enabling Functions, partnering closely with Business Unit and Functional leaders to deliver HR initiatives that lift performance, build capability, and strengthen engagement and culture. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and brings a proactive, solutionsfocused approach.

What You'll be Doing:

Strategic & Operational HR

  • Deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Support short and longterm people initiatives
  • Contribute to organisational design and change activities
  • Use HR insights and data to guide decisions

Talent, Capability & Workforce Planning

  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews and capability development
  • Support workforce planning, job evaluation and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with leaders on capability roadmaps
  • Assist to drive recruitment planning strategies

Performance, Rewards & HR Cycles

  • Guide leaders through performance reviews and goal setting
  • Support annual salary and bonus review cycles
  • Prepare compensation modelling and salary proposals
  • Provide advice on performance improvement where needed

What You'll Bring:

  • HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Experience across talent, performance, reward and organisational change
  • Ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (advantage)
