Development Kitchen Specialist - Coffee (Contractor Role)

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Product Development Kitchen, this role will be responsible for the test kitchen output in support of our new product development business unit. As the Development Kitchen Specialist - Coffee, you will assist in setting testing goals for new and sustaining products and test outcomes, collaborate with global test kitchen teams, ensure appliance testing is conducted in line with new product development standards, and create written and visual reports.

This is a 12-month Contractor role based in Alexandria, Sydney. This will be part-time (2 days a week).

Keyresponsibilities include:

• Product and performance testing and reporting
• Support product teams in their consumer testing and insight initiatives
• Develop testing requirements with key project stakeholders
• Be the expert on Coffee trends and authorities in the coffee arena, providing insights on how to best leverage them in pursuit of customer growth
• Continuous identification of opportunities to improve processes
