YOUR IMPACT

You shape how Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement are embedded across the Supply Chain network, driving measurable improvements in manufacturing operations, logistics control, quality and safety. You lead a team that build's capability that sustains performance over time, not oneoff gains. With the ability translate proven global frameworks into practical, local execution aligned to strategy, leadership priorities and technology, you understand how to get the best out of people and operations at a national level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the deployment, maturity and governance of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement across all sites and our Southbank HQbased teams, ensuring consistent application aligned to Supply Chain strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across quality, cost, safety and service, reinforcing a disciplined performance culture.
  • Build capability by setting clear frameworks, coaching standards and development pathways that strengthen continuous improvement skills across the network.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics and functional leaders to prioritise initiatives, remove barriers and embed shared ownership of improvement outcomes.
  • Connect with Global Operational Excellence teams to access frameworks, tools and best practice, supporting effective national deployment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven and extensive leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operational excellence roles within complex, multisite environments, with a proven record of transformation.
  • Strong understanding and successful application of CI methodologies deeply and practically, including Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Ability to lead and develop highperforming technical or capability teams, building skills that endure beyond individual initiatives.
  • You can influence senior stakeholders across site, regional and global contexts with clarity, credibility and dataled insight.
  • You operate with resilience and adaptability, translating complex problems into clear, actionable outcomes in fastpaced environments.
