ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Production Assistant to join our Cotton On team working within the Graphics & Knitwear category.
In this role, you'll support bringing product to life at scale - providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth production execution across suppliers and internal teams.
Working closely with Production Coordinators and Specialists, you'll play a key role in keeping production on track, maintaining accuracy and building your foundation in production and sourcing.
You will:
Support production tracking to ensure on-time delivery across key milestones
Maintain accurate data, reporting and system updates across the production lifecycle
Assist with supplier follow-ups to ensure compliance, quality and documentation requirements are met
Support sample management across development and production stages
Help coordinate internal handovers between Design, Buying, Planning and Quality teams
Maintain component libraries and support material organisation
Assist in preparing reports and documentation to support production execution
Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers to support smooth delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualification or studies in Fashion, Textiles, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (preferred)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy across data and administration
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams
Exposure to production, sourcing or garment processes (preferred but not essential)
Strong systems skills across spreadsheets and reporting tools
A proactive, reliable mindset with a willingness to learn and build capability
