Full time, 12 month Fixed Term position Parental leave cover Base Salary $116k + Super & Salary Packaging As a Senior Clinician within the Take Two program, you will play a key role in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services to children, young people and families, while also providing leadership, supervision and support to clinicians within the team. Working across the Mallee region, this role combines direct clinical practice with team leadership, supporting high-quality outcomes for clients who have experienced trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-informed approaches (individual, dyadic and systemic) Manage a complex caseload (adjusted based on supervision responsibilities) Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to clinicians and students Work collaboratively with families, carers, Child Protection and community partners Provide secondary consultation, psychoeducation and guidance to care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports and case notes Travel across the Mallee region to deliver face-to-face services About You We're looking for an experienced clinician who brings both clinical depth and leadership capability, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have: Demonstrated experience delivering complex trauma-informed therapeutic interventions The ability to lead, mentor and support clinicians, contributing to team capability and performance outcomes Strong skills in building partnerships with families, carers and multidisciplinary stakeholders Experience working within outcomes-focused frameworks and service delivery requirements A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and child-centred practice Bachelor level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline.
