Your Role

You'll be the first voice clients hear from one of the world's most prestigious fitness brands. This isn't a standard sales role, you'll be working directly with high-end gyms, boutique studios, and luxury wellness clubs, helping them build world-class training environments with Technogym's premium equipment and services.

Every conversation is a chance to consult, advise, and close and you'll have the product portfolio to back it up.

You'll own the full sales conversation - from first contact to closed deal. You'll follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, re-engage existing clients with new solutions, and turn inbound enquiries into long-term relationships. Calls, emails, live chat - you'll use every channel to deliver a sales experience that matches the quality of what Technogym builds.

Your Impact

  • Build the pipeline: Actively generate new leads and grow our client base, identifying the right gyms, studios, and wellness venues that deserve a Technogym upgrade.
  • Turn inbound enquiries into deals: Handle calls from both business clients and end consumers, listening closely to understand what they actually need, then matching them with the right solution, not just the obvious one.
  • Follow up on warm leads, not cold calls: Every outbound conversation starts from a place of intent. You'll be reaching out to prospects who've already shown interest through our marketing campaigns, events, or referrals, so you're continuing a conversation, not starting one from scratch
  • See every sale through to the finish line: Your job doesn't end at the order. You'll follow the journey from purchase to installation, making sure clients are happy and spotting the right moments to introduce something extra.
  • Be the engine behind the field team: Keep our on-the-ground sales reps moving by setting up well-qualified visits, so that when they walk in, the groundwork is already done.
  • Keep the CRM sharp: Own the accuracy of your client data. A clean, up-to-date CRM isn't just admin, it's what separates a good follow-up from a great one.
  • Be the ears of the market: You talk to clients every day and that intel is gold. You'll gather and share market feedback with the wider team to help shape how we sell and what we develop.
  • Hit your numbers - every quarter: You'll own your inside sales targets and be accountable for delivering consistent results. We set ambitious goals and back you with the tools and support to reach them.

About You

We're not looking for a script-reader. We want someone who genuinely loves fitness and brings that energy into every client conversation, someone who's hungry to sell but grounded enough to do it the right way.

What you should bring:

  • 2-3 years' experience in inside sales or another sales/customer service role
  • Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in a team in sales-oriented environments
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts
  • Long term customer relationship approach
  • Knowledge of CRM management, ideally Salesforce
  • Interest in and passion for technological evolution and innovation
  • Passion for health, wellness and fitness
