We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineering Product Specialist to join the Off Highway team. This role acts as the senior technical liaison between Cummins and OEM customers, supporting product application, integration, and development programs.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Build strong relationships with OEM customers, serving as their primary technical liaison for product specifications, installation support, technical guidance, and issue resolution
- Support product selection, equipment design, and system integration for Off Highway applications
- Ensure products are correctly applied and installed to customer requirements
- Translate customer needs into product requirements influencing development decisions
- Represent customer requirements during product development, design reviews, and change processes
- Lead technical problem-solving and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and project guidance across teams

The ideal candidate will be someone that is a self-starter who can work closely with our Sales Team to find the best product solution for our customers.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline
- Experience in Application, Product, Systems, or customer-facing Engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of product integration, optimisation, and technical problem-solving
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Proven project management skills in fast-paced, complex environments
