Your Impact As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in our next phase of expansion. Partner mentoring, genuine progression, and the chance to make an immediate impact come standard. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate directly with Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes Lead and review financial statements and tax returns across a broad range of structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, individuals) Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients Prepare and review BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG Liaise with ATO and other statutory bodies Support team development through training and mentoring Contribute to team workshops, training sessions, and social events Deliver highquality client service with professionalism and initiative What You Bring 3+ years in a Chartered Accounting practice CA qualified or currently completing Degree in Accounting or equivalent Strong knowledge of MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, QuickBooks, etc. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A proactive, selfstarter mindset Genuine commitment to helping clients thrive Our Mission At Kelly+Partners, we operate with one clear mission: "to help our people, private business owners, and the communities we work in Be Better Off".
