Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Infrastructure, Strategy & Service Delivery to lead our maintenance, infrastructure, capital projects and property operations functions across our portfolio of aged care homes throughout South East Victoria. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Support Services and working closely with the Executive Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, well maintained and welcoming environments for residents, families and staff. You will lead skilled trade professionals, project teams and contractors, overseeing the delivery of both small and large-scale capital improvement projects while driving preventative maintenance and asset management programs across multiple sites. Working within the highly regulated aged care sector, you will ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard, while contributing to strategic planning, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance and property operations across multiple sites Develop and implement maintenance and infrastructure project strategy.
