About the Role
As a Mozaik Trainer, you will play an essential role in supporting our customers through both structured training and responsive help desk assistance. This position is approximately 50% customer training and 50% help desk support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys teaching and troubleshooting in equal measure. A comprehensive understanding of the cabinet design and manufacturing process is essential for this role. This is a remote position with occasional travel required for trade shows and customer site visits.


Key Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct introductory training sessions for all new Mozaik customers.
  • Deliver one-on-one online training tailored to customer workflows and skill levels.
  • Record and share screen-captured video responses to help desk questions when appropriate.
  • Assist customers through the onboarding and adoption process of Mozaik Software.
  • Provide help desk support by phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Answer incoming calls ranging from pre-sales inquiries to advanced technical support.
  • Represent Mozaik at trade shows and events, engaging with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct occasional on-site training or implementation at customer locations.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience using Mozaik Software (preferred).
  • Direct experience in the cabinet/joinery industry (required).
  • Knowledge of CNC cabinet manufacturing machinery (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively train and support customers.
  • Experience using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency with technology and remote collaboration tools (preferred).
