Job Description

As a Graduation Services Officer, you will provide administrative and operational support across all aspects of the University's graduation program. Working closely with students, staff and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to the successful planning and delivery of graduation ceremonies and related events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting graduation conferrals and graduation documentation processes
  • Assisting with graduation ceremony planning, coordination and post-ceremony events
  • Responding to enquiries from students, staff and guests
  • Supporting on-the-day ceremony operations and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate records and working across systems including PeopleSoft, My eQuals and CVENT
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the graduation experience

This role experiences busy peak periods around graduation cycles and may require occasional overtime and weekend work during ceremony periods.

What we can offer
This is a 12 month, fixed-term, full-time position based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

Griffith University's sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

Salary Range
HEW Level 5 salary range $82,415 - $92,456 per annum + 17% superannuation.
